We generally do not offer refunds. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we do make an exception if the product is damaged at the time of delivery. To help us process any claims quickly, we kindly request that you record a video while unboxing the package. While a refund is not guaranteed, this will assist us in reviewing your case and handling it more efficiently.

Please note, if the wrong colour or size is ordered, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. We can, however, assist with a replacement if the delivery was incorrect, though this does not apply to refund requests.
